What is Tinkercad?
Tinkercad is a free, beginner-friendly web platform from Autodesk with three integrated studios: 3D Design for easy parametric modeling that exports to STL for 3D printing; Circuits, a breadboard simulator with a large library of components (LEDs, resistors, sensors, motors, servos) where you can wire a virtual Arduino or micro:bit and program it with drag-and-drop Codeblocks or real C++/Python and watch it run instantly (a servo turning, an LED blinking); and Codeblocks for visual, scriptable 3D design. Because everything runs in the browser with no environment setup and virtual hardware can't be damaged, it is one of the easiest ways for students, makers and teachers to learn electronics and microcontroller programming; classroom and Google-classroom features let teachers assign and track student work.
